Just imagine it: You are full of energy. Your eyes and your complexion glow. Your weight is healthy, and the clothes you want to wear fit. People often tell you that you look great. More importantly, you feel great.
If only you could take a pill to make that happen.
You see, we’re part of a culture that believes in the magic-bullet approach – we simply take a pill when something’s wrong with us. There might be one for that nagging headache, another to keep your cholesterol down, and maybe some cream for those aching joints.
It’s what I call the leaky roof approach: when the roof starts leaking, we put a bucket under the drip, until we end up with several round the house. Wouldn’t it just be easier to fix the roof (the cause of the dripping), than have buckets dotted all around your house (addressing the symptoms)?
Enter nutritional medicine.
